On 29 and 30 September 2026, International SOS will host a two-day masterclass in Levallois-Perret dedicated to crisis management and strengthening organizational resilience.

 

Led by Daniel Richard, Senior Crisis Management Manager, Europe & Africa at International SOS, this training is designed for business leaders and professionals involved in crisis and risk management, business continuity, operations, HSE and human resources.

 

During this masterclass, participants will learn how to:

  • Implement a structured and effective approach to crisis management.
  • Clarify roles and responsibilities within a crisis management team.
  • Structure situation assessment and decision-making under pressure.
  • Gain a deeper understanding of the methodology and holistic approach outlined in the ISO 22361:2022 guidelines.
