The Cercle Magellan is run for and by its members. A Steering and Development Committee made up of a panel of member representatives is responsible for its governance.

The Committee's purpose is to:

  • set strategy and overall direction
  • set rules on how the network functions and applicable fees
  • approve or refuse the accreditation of service providers, experts and official partners.
