CMQL network

The Magellan Quality Label (CMQL) is a mark of quality and trust awarded by HR professionals to their service providers. It currently covers some 30 areas of expertise (certification fields) in the areas of International Mobility, Compensation and Benefits, and Talent Management & learning.

 

The award of the label to new service providers follows a rigorous selection process and is based on a quality survey conducted among Cercle Magellan members and a sample of the candidate company’s clients, covering one or more certification categories. Its goal is to enable HR professionals to work with trusted service providers whose services have been approved and recommended by their peers.

 

The Magellan Quality Label is linked to a specific field and provides visibility and services associated with an expert club (International Mobility, Comp & Ben and Talent Management).

Earning the CMQL allows service providers to join the Cercle Magellan network.

3 reasons to join our network of providers

Joining the network of providers eligible for the CMQL serves three purposes:

  • Quality, based on recommendations

Earning the label allows organizations to highlight the quality of the services they provide in their chosen fields. This makes it easier for customers to find you and increases visibility in calls for bids.

  • Customer insight, market intelligence, and marketing

The label provides access to various types of resources that help businesses better understand customer expectations and tailor their service offerings and/or sales pitch accordingly.

  • A networking goal

By joining the community of CMQL service providers, certified companies gain exclusive opportunities to strengthen ties or build relationships with their peers and with members of the club to which they belong.

Services reserved for CMQL providers are also available to certain institutions whose services are useful to members of the Cercle Magellan. Certain companies may qualify for official partner status and benefit from greater proximity to and visibility among members.

A listing in the directory available to Cercle Magellan members

To simplify connection between human resources professionals and CMQL service providers, we have taken care to list the latter in a directory that is readily available and constantly updated online, as well as in print, which is hand-delivered to members at the beginning of the year.

This tool is used by members for:

  • staying up to date on the range of services whose quality has been approved by their peers;
  • quickly identifying service providers who are reliable and recommended by their peers, in order to include them in their requests for proposals;
  • easily contacting recommended service providers and representatives who can meet their needs.
