Professional Committee


The club is run by a Professional Committee made up of active and specialist members from the function. This committee is led by a professional president, a practicing HR professional, and by a club director, a member of the Cercle Magellan’s staff.


Its role is:

  • to provide insights into the needs of our member companies;
  • to look at issues from a professional, industry-specific perspective;
  • to suggest possible topics for meetings and professional projects (in consultation with members);
  • to make proposals to the authorities of possible improvements to regulations and compensation and benefits systems, in liaison with working groups and committees.
