A new member to represent you!

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Claire Heinrich, Group VP Compensation & Benefits and Digital Transformation Coordinator for HR at ERAMET Group, to the International Comp & Ben Club Professional Committee.

 

A graduate of Audencia and CELSA (Master 2 in HR & Social Communication), Claire Heinrich began her career in compensation in the financial sector, then in insurance, before joining the Vedior Group where she set up the Compensation & Benefits function. There, she developed solid expertise in compensation policies, social management control, and HR information systems.

Since 2007, she has held the position of VP Compensation, Benefits, International Mobility, HRIS & HR Analytics at Eramet, a mining and metallurgical group present in 15 countries. She leads a team of experts and drives innovation within the HR function. In this capacity, she is notably responsible for the deployment and use of ChatGPT within the Group's HR network.

Passionate about new technologies, Claire has been exploring the potential of artificial intelligence for over 10 years. She devotes part of her free time to training and testing various models, following their progress—and their limitations—with curiosity.

 

About the Professional Committees of the Cercle Magellan Expertise Clubs

Made up of members who are specialists in the field, the role of the Cercle Magellan's Professional Committee of Expertise Clubs is to:

  • provide a precise analysis of member companies' needs and propose topics to be addressed;
  • conduct forward-looking analysis on changes to the profession and its practices;
  • recommend, in coordination with working groups and committees, improvements to regulations and systems governing compensation and benefits.
