Corporate Immigration update — The UK Government has announced increases to immigration and nationality fees to pay for vital services, effective on 4 October 2023. These changes aim to support the sustainability of the Home Office's immigration and nationality system and will impact individuals making valid immigration and nationality applications.

In addition to the fee changes, non-visa nationals will also be affected by the new Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) scheme, which will be implemented on a nationality-by-nationality basis. The ETA scheme aims to facilitate security checks and informed decision-making by the UK Government.
