GapsMoov to support the training of all V.I.E, 2025/11/05

Business France has chosen to equip the 12,000 young professionals taking part in the V.I.E program with Gapsmoov’s digital learning platform “the culture decoder”. Objective: to accelerate their cultural integration in their host countries and maximize the success of their international missions.

The V.I.E program presents a triple challenge for these young talents: finding their footing in a new company, gaining autonomy, and adapting to cultural codes that are often implicit and discovered through experience — sometimes at the cost of a few misunderstandings.

To address these challenges, Gapsmoov — an intercultural training expert and member of the Cercle Magellan — offers an innovative digital application - the culture deocder - already used by more than 70,000 employees from international companies.

The tool provides cultural insights on over 80 countries, covering topics such as time management, decision-making, meeting styles, and communication methods, all key factors for enhancing collaboration and effectiveness in an international context.

“Our mission is to help every V.I.E turn culture shocks into professional success stories,” explains Thibaut Issindou, co-founder of Gapsmoov.

In a context where one out of two international assignments fails for cultural reasons, this initiative highlights the strategic role of intercultural awareness in HR management:

- securing international career paths

- strengthening engagement and performance

- optimizing the return on investment of mobility programs

This partnership with Business France marks an important milestone for GapsMoov, which has further enhanced its application to meet the specific needs of V.I.E participants, reinforcing its position as a key player in soft skills development at the international level.
