What is your role?

My role is to support the management committee and our international subsidiaries’ HR Network. Currently, the support that I offer involves improving representation of women on governance bodies and project teams. 
I am also involved in an HR admin tool digitalization project to be deployed internationally.

What is your hidden talent?

This is a hard question… if it is hidden it is unknowable, so I asked some of the people close to me. 

Here are 3 talents that they shared:  
• My tenacity: I don’t give up and I follow through on my goals. 
• My resilience: I always fall on my feet, and I know how to make the most of even the most difficult situations. 
• My obstinacy: when I have an idea, I feel capable of defending the relevance of doing something different. I don’t hesitate to go against the flow. 

I also understand a hidden talent as something that comes easily to me, in which case I would say that it is my capacity to show empathy.

What do you like the most about your job?

Offering support.

Any advice for people new to the profession?

Believe that anything is possible.
