HR Strategy and Projects Director, Air France-KLM

What is your role?

At the holding of the Air France-KLM group I am in charge of creating a group HR policy, building coherence between the entities (Air France, KLM, Transavia, call centers, etc.) and developing a shared social and societal ambition.
This translates into defining the social pillar of the group’s CSR policy, and into running cross-cutting projects to give structure, such as designing a shared leadership model or launching a program around diversity and inclusion.

What is your hidden talent?

I have often been told that you can read me like a book, so nothing really hidden, which I am quite happy with as I like to build trust in relationships and this personality trait undoubtedly contributes to that.

What do you like the most about your job?

There are so many possible perspectives on HR that my curiosity is never satisfied!

Any advice for people new to the profession?

Don’t be afraid to take the road less traveled in building your career, satisfying your deepest aspirations day after day, very simply, with humility and much patience and determination. There is no doubt then that you will be able to have a positive impact on the company and that your dreams will grow as the years go by!
