Governance

The club is run by a Professional Committee made up of active and specialist members from the function. This committee is led by a professional president, a practicing HR professional, and by a club director, a member of the Cercle Magellan’s staff.

Its role is:

  • to provide insights into the needs of our member companies;
  • to look at issues from a professional, industry-specific perspective;
  • to suggest possible topics for meetings and professional projects (in consultation with members);
  • to collaborate with our working groups and commissions in order to suggest improvements to regulations and measures in the field of international human resources.

Their role is:

  • to give a perspective on companies' needs;
  • to cover topics related to professional outlook;
  • to suggest topics and projects related to the profession (in their capacity as club members' representatives);
  • and to propose regulatory improvements and measures in the field of international human resources, in cooperation with the working groups and benchmark commissions.
