A new member to represent you!
[New appointment] Sandrine Guyot, Group Talent Head at Coface, joins the Cercle Magellan’s Talent Management Club Professional Committee.
 | After starting her career with 7 years in marketing in Belgium, Germany and France with multinational companies (L’Oréal, Danone, Sixt, LVMH), Sandrine moved to human resources and joined Péchiney (which became Alcan then Rio Tinto) as Graduate Recruitment Manager. She then moved to a role as Talent Manager for the global packaging unit, also taking on a role as HRBP at this entity’s head office.
In 2008, she joined Tarkett as Director, Talent Management & Corporate HR Projects and went to Faurecia in 2011 as Talent Director in the Exteriors business group then Talent Director, Europe in the Seating business group when the former group was sold to Plastic Omnium.
Since October 2017, she has been in her role at Coface (5,000 employees in 58 countries). She runs the company’s in-house university as well as managing subjects related to talent attraction and retention, career management and development of leaders and future leaders.
By joining the Cercle Magellan Talent Management Club’s Professional Committee, Sandrine will represent the club’s member companies and will contribute to strategy and forward thinking.
