Currently in charge of leadership development and talent management for Lacoste Operations, Renaud started his career in 2000 in cross-cultural training services after obtaining his DESS in geopolitics, at the company Terres Neuves. Having returned to his studies to complete an HR master’s at the IAE Paris, he got the call from Brico Dépôt in 2012 to lead training engineering for France. He thus became the go-to person for Learning & Development at the British group Kingfisher, which owns the brand. In 2020, he chose to join Lacoste to be involved in strengthening leadership development and talent management at global level, collaborating with other brands from the MF group on this (Aigle, Gant, The Kooples and Tecnifibre). | |||||||||
