Sophie Véron, Vice-President Compensation & Benefits at Ipsen Pharma, is now President of the Professional Committee of the Cercle Magellan’s International Comp & Ben Club.

Recognized for her skills and communication, Sophie Véron has been unanimously elected by members of the Cercle Magellan’s Steering and Development Committee to represent the companies that are members of the International Comp & Ben Club. As President, she will contribute to developing the club’s strategic and forward thinking in 2022.

Sophie Véron benefits from training in both business and human resources and has developed solid skills in HR and compensation and benefits in companies in diverse sectors including high tech (NCR, Dassault Systèmes), services (La Poste) and distribution (Antalis). 

In 2002, she joined Dassault Systèmes, where she stayed for 14 years and created the C&B department. In particular, against the backdrop of strong organic and external growth, she implemented a global compensation and benefits policy, in line with the Group strategy while integrating local particularities. 

In 2016, she joined Ipsen Pharma, present in more than 35 countries, and since then she has supported the international pharmaceutical group’s expansion strategy by developing innovative compensation and benefits programs in line with the company’s culture.

Since 2015 she has been a member of the Professional Committee of the Cercle Magellan’s International Comp & Ben Club, and she also lectures to students on the Institut Magellan’s International HR and Comp & Ben Management MBA.
