First of all, there are all the meetings and conferences, which allow me to stay up to date on all the areas we discussed earlier. Then there is the forum, which I also use from time to time to ask very specific questions. Finally, there are the country reports. Whenever we expand into a new country, I read the entire report to get a good understanding of the key issues and challenges involved, and then identify the areas that require further investigation.

What I find particularly interesting about the club is the opportunity to exchange ideas with peers. These discussions can give us new perspectives or reassure us that, while we may not have the best possible solution, ultimately, no one else necessarily has one either. Sometimes, it is through conversations with peers that we come up with ideas that we would never have thought of on our own, especially if we remain within the same environment and way of thinking. I think this richness, this opportunity to meet and exchange with peers from different industries and sectors, is really what makes the Cercle Magellan so valuable.
