The mission of a Regional HR Director consists in carrying out the strategic objectives of a company in a given region by setting up a regional HR policy tailored to the company’s regional strategy. The Regional HR Director has, of course, duties that are international in scope, whose responsibilities extend to the subsidiaries of several regrouped countries whether or not they are under the umbrella of a regional office (i.e. Eastern Europe, Latin America, or Asia).
