Network of Professionals Specialized in Legal, Technical and HR Practices and Policies in International Mobility

Network of Professionals Specialized in International Policies and Practices relating to Compensation & Benefits

Who are we?

Founded in 1998, the Magellan Network is an international human resources networking group offering meetings, benchmarks, and up-to-date information on mobility.

Our three networking groups enable you to exchange with other professionals in your field on best practices:

  • International Mobility Club for International HR Directors and Mobility Managers;
  • International Comp & Ben Club for Compensation & Benefits specialists;
  • International Talent Management Society for Talent Managers.

Today, the Magellan Network includes over 200 multinationals representing a network of over 1,000 global mobility professionals. The International Mobility Club counts over 40,000 expatriates across five continents.

With the increase in globalization, the human resources profession demands a greater knowledge of techniques adaptable to different countries and across legal and regulatory frameworks. In this fast-paced environment, being part of a worldwide HR network is a unique opportunity to exchange with other mobility professionals. Being a member will enable you to keep abreast of the latest international HR trends, rules, and regulations.

For more information about the Magellan Network, please see “About Magellan.”

We are here to provide subscribers with information and networking opportunities with other mobility professionals. For more information, we would be pleased to present the Magellan Network and website by appointment or videoconference.
