What is your role?

I am responsible for two activities within the Group Compensation & HR Performance department: compensation / benefits / international mobility policy and HR management of operational and strategic dashboards.

What is your hidden talent?

Sometimes I'm funny. If this is a criterion for choosing an internship for a student know that I am looking for a student for 6 months from January/February 2023 :)

What do you like the most about your job?

I like the complexity of the knowledge you have to deploy and the exchanges you have within the company (from the operational staff to the management and the board of directors).
I was particularly impressed by the ease of exchange with peers, especially via the Cercle Magellan.

Any advice for people new to the profession?

In your quest for meaning, I can only advise you to go into our fulfilling, enriching and concretely useful professions for the company and its employees.
