What is your role?

Along with my team, I am in charge of people development at SBM Offshore, all activities from talent acquisition to people management, learning and reward including international mobility.

With humility… I think it is my ability to put myself in others’ shoes and demonstrate empathy while standing my ground.

What do you like the most about your job?

Collaborating with people, bringing solutions to the business and challenging momentum..

Any advice for people new to the profession?

Create opportunities, travel the world, embed diversity and inclusion.
