New Réseau ETI professional committee members  - 10/27/20

New members representing you!

The Réseau ETI professional committee is very pleased to welcome new members aboard!



Among their new responsibilities, Gaëlle, Stéphanie and Laura will represent Cercle Magellan member companies.
 

Gaëlle Brunello, Winoa Group

Group HR services manager & EMEIA HR business partner
 

In 2007, Gaëlle joined Bouygues Immobilier’s HR department where she managed compensation, benefits, HR management control and HRIS for 5 years.

She then joined Akka Technologies’ financial department in Lyon in 2011, creating an HR management control and payroll management role.

In 2014, she moved to Isère for the creation of a Comp & Ben manager role at Groupe Winoa, a sizeable mid-tier company and global steel abrasives leader. She took on responsibility for compensation and benefits, HRIS and international mobility.
For 2 years, she has been group HR services manager & EMEIA HR business partner.

In 2019, Gaëlle took part in the Victoires des Leaders du Capital Humain contest for human capital leaders in Lyon and Winoa won 2 awards: a nomination for HR innovation and 1st prize in the large companies category. This year, Gaëlle took part in the Victoires again as a member of the jury.

In 2020, Gaëlle joined the professional committee of the Cercle Magellan’s Réseau ETI.

Gaëlle has a master’s in management science from IAE Lyon.

 

 

Stéphanie Charlopin, LFB

Compensation and benefits manager
 

Stéphanie Charlopin joined Groupe LFB in 1999.

She holds a postgraduate qualification in finance and management control and, after 3 years’ experience in pharmaceuticals, joined Groupe LFB as a management controller in the finance department.

After 7 years in the role in a range of fields, she joined group HR as an HR management controller.

2 years later, Stéphanie was given responsibility for all HR management control and payroll operations in France where she led various projects (deployment of software, outsourcing, insourcing).

In 2012, she extended the scope of her role to lead C&B: HR management control/employee savings/death and disability cover/international mobility. She then developed HRIS by deploying new collaborative tools. Her role then evolved to become international.

 

Laura Gagnon, Motul

Group human resources expert – compensation & benefits
 

A graduate of the Neoma Business School Reims, Laura first joined Alstom’s international mobility team, where she was in charge of coordinating expatriations. After 3 years, she took an in-house opportunity as an HRBP in the nuclear energy BU where she discovered day-to-day operations, general HR management and project management (acquisition by General Electric and redundancy plan).

In 2017, she left GE for a role as HRBP at AP Moller Maersk on their HR transformation project (change management, outsourcing of administrative tasks, etc.).

In 2019, she joined Groupe Motul as part of a recently created group HR department and is in charge of compensation and benefits, for which she has always had an affinity.

Her main responsibilities are now to establish guidelines for a global compensation policy and its monitoring and application, as well as benefits management.

 

As a reminder, the committee is made up of professionals recognized for their skills who:

  • report on companies’ needs;
  • are on the look-out for future professional and occupational trends;
  • make proposals to the authorities of possible improvements to regulations and compensation and benefits systems, in liaison with working groups and committees.
