Welcome

International benchmark on salary budget increases for 2015

Following the benchmark meeting on 2015 salary increases, which took place on 7 October in France, the benchmark in Singapore on 29 October, centered on the Asia-Pacific region, brought together around 20 participants.

Before the benchmark, TOWERS WATSON presented key points on the comp trends and in the performance/rewards area.

Then, AKTEOS presentetd HR Practices: cross cultural perspectives (compensation and benefits, negotiation, commitment…).

The data exchanged at this benchmark session will be added to the summary of the benchmark of 7 October. Only companies which have sent us their Excel chart (for France or Singapore) will receive the global summary.

The data collected will of course be kept strictly confidential. The summary will not identify any companies, nor will it be published on our website.

In 2015, we will do an update on the differences between forecasts at the end of 2014, and actual increases after six months.

Who are we?

Founded in 1998, the Magellan Network is an international human resources networking group offering meetings, benchmarks, and up-to-date information on mobility.

Our three networking groups enable you to exchange with other professionals in your field on best practices:

  • International Mobility Club for International HR Directors and Mobility Managers;
  • International Comp & Ben Club for Compensation & Benefits specialists;
  • International Talent Management Club for Talent Managers.

Today, the Magellan Network includes over 200 multinationals representing a network of over 1,000 global mobility professionals. The International Mobility Club counts over 40,000 expatriates across five continents.

With the increase in globalization, the human resources profession demands a greater knowledge of techniques adaptable to different countries and across legal and regulatory frameworks. In this fast-paced environment, being part of a worldwide HR network is a unique opportunity to exchange with other mobility professionals. Being a member will enable you to keep abreast of the latest international HR trends, rules, and regulations.
