I am in charge of managing compensation policy, I also supervise payroll & benefits (1 person), HRIS (1 person) and legal and employment affairs (1 person) at CFM (Capital Fund Management), a private investment management firm (hedge fund) that has a worldwide staff of 250, with offices in Paris, New York, London and Sydney.

What is your hidden talent?

What do you like the most about your job?

The combination of the technical skills required for analyzing figures and people skills. Starting with a quantitative and objective analysis and integrating qualitative data to create a holistic approach to a given problem.

Any advice for people new to the profession?

Be curious in all situations.
